Today I'm tagging along on a road trip to somewhere called Canada, and we stop at too many places for me to remember on the way there. I packed, and realized that all I feel like packing are clothes, a folder of blank and math papers, pencils, the regular essentials, and a laptop to continue on my novels and blog posts.

(Obviously, you can tell that I'm very boring.)

Unlike some people, I actually can't wait for school to start up again. I guess it's because I get to see my friends again after all these days, but it's also because the classes are interesting, and it's fifth grade... at my school, fifth grade is a giant jump because 1. the classrooms are on the middle school floor and 2. since it's the highest grade in elementary school, we lead assembly meetings and announce stuff at the beginning and the end of the day.

And I can't believe Summer Break is already closing to an end now! It felt so short, but it's going to feel like a really long time before school actually starts, in about a month. Exactly a month, to be precise.
